Ready to apply?
If you decide to apply, you can apply on-line or you can print out a copy of all the application forms as an Adobe Acrobat PDF. Fill them out, then mail or fax the completed application back to Tall Timber Ranch. We will then contact you for an interview. If you have any questions e-mail Stan at stan@talltimber.org
Please follow these steps to apply for summer staff:
- Fill out application form on-line (or download and complete the attached Summer Staff Application found at the bottom of this page. Note that there are different application forms for New and Returning Staff.
- If this is your first time applying to Tall Timber Ranch, have three references complete a Reference Form. There are Employer/teacher forms and Pastor/Youth Leader forms. Download a Reference Form or ask your three references to complete their reference online (go to /ttr.talltimber.org/jobs/references.php).
- If you are a returning staff all you do is fill out the Returning Staff Application.
Read this before you continue to the on-line application form.
At the end of this application you will be asked to answer some short essay questions. These questions may take some some time, so we have listed them below. This is a lengthy application, so you might consider taking some time to type out your answers beforehand, and paste them in at the end. In writing your answers, spend more time being real and true than being long.
Also, be prepared to provide contact information, including email address, for your three references.

Be Ready For These Questions
- Describe your current relationship with Christ, including when you became a Christian, and your present participation in ministry activities, and what you do to maintain spiritual growth.
- What strengths would you bring to camp this summer? What do you hope to gain from working at camp?
- Describe any Bible Study or small group leadership experience you have had. List any topics you feel you could teach.
