The staff at Tall Timber Ranch is committed to provide an outstanding experience for your child. It is an opportunity to spend a week with a wonderful staff of young adults who have been carefully chosen as Christian role models, experienced, and have ability and desire to work with youth.
We take the health and safety of your child seriously. There is health supervisor on duty during summer youth camps, certified lifeguards for water activities, and adventure staff all receive expensive training. Our professional food service staff provides balanced, great tasting meals that kids like to eat.
Above all Tall Timber Ranch's programs teach strong Christian principles.

Lost & Found
Please make sure your child’s clothing and other belongings are labeled with his or her name. We make every attempt to reunite lost articles with owners at the closing service on the final morning. However, Tall Timber Ranch cannot be responsible for returning unclaimed belongings. There is a Lost and Found area at camp and items will be kept for one season.
Camp Mail
Mail delivery will be facilitated by addressing your mail as follows: Name of camper, c/o Tall Timber Ranch, 27875 White River Rd., Leavenworth, WA 98826, and then writing the name of the camp (e.g. Family Camp, Junior Camp, etc.) in the lower left hand corner of the envelope. Mail should be post-marked no later than three days prior to the last full day of camp to ensure timely arrival. Parcels: It is recommended that all packages be sent via UPS or FedEx to ensure direct delivery to camp. Do NOT require a signature for delivery.
Phone calls from parents to campers are discouraged, and campers will not be allowed to make phone calls during the week.
We will, of course, take emergency messages at (509) 763-3127.
